Washi is a style of paper that has been used throughout Japanese history in a wide variety of applications. These Shuji Gami and Shoji Gami paper rolls are made from the Kozo, also known as the Paper Mulberry Tree. These papers are translucent white in color, feature a smooth surface on one side, and a slight tooth on the other. Shuji Gami and Shoji Gami are uniquely suited for Sumi-E, watercolor, and Asian calligraphy.
