Speedball’s Arnhem 1618 is a 100% rag and acid-free paper made near the city of Arnhem in Holland at the Schut Papier paper mill. Schut Papier has been crafting fine artist paper since 1618. Arnhem 1618’s paper features a semi-smooth surface and a subtle grain; making the paper great for a variety of media. Its strong and highly absorbent fibers are ideal for dry or damp printing techniques, and can accept multiple layers of ink.
The paper has a vellum finish with 2 deckled edges, and is internally and surfaced sized.
