Winsor & Newton watercolor paper is made with a traditional cylinder mould to ensure the fibers are dispersed and interwoven to give the paper a handmade appearance, exceptional strength, and dimensional stability. The Watercolour Journal contains medium-grain cold-pressed paper with a less pronounced tooth than rough paper. This all-around 140 lb. paper is designed to capture both detail and textured effects. The paper is internally and externally sized (not gelatin).
Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolour Journals are made from the highest grade 100% cotton fibers to withstand saturation, and the spiral format is an ideal size for traveling. Preserve your favorite renderings for years to come.
