Designed for oil and acrylic paints, the high-quality surface has been tested with artists who didn't realize they were not using cotton canvas.

Archival quality stretched canvases are triple primed with highly pigmented titanium dioxide gesso and back stapled with folded uncut, tailored corners. The profile depth of the traditional canvases are 0.75 in. while the Deep Edge are 1.37 in.
